What happens if my customer/partner needs data to be updated?
If it’s an issue related to your input data, you update/correct your data in SQARP and then run the transformer again. If the issue relates to data structure or new rules, you let us know and our Data Delivery team will update the Transformer within 48h.
How does it work if I want to distribute data to a customer that I cannot find in the list of available partners?
You collect the data requirements for that partner (templates, schemas, and/or rules) and upload it to our Data Delivery team. You will have a new partner available without set-up charges within 5 days.
My customer has a supplier portal, how does that work?
Most supplier portals allow you to import / upload products on bulk with excel / csv / XML or json files. In that case the partnership will write data to the templates given by the portal, and you will have to upload the files by yourself.
If the company with the portal is a verified partner in SQARP, then the data distribution will work automatically.
My customer requires a different template based on the category of product; how can I meet those requirements?
Transformers in partnerships write data to steady state schemas / templates. If your customers’ templates are variable, you will have to combine the output of the transformer with the Attribute Classifier in SQARP Data Labs to meet the partners requirements. Instructions will be available on the partnership.
My customer requires data in a language that I do not have, what do I do?
Before you set up the partnership with that customer, you’ll have to make your data available in the appropriate language. You can do this yourself or leverage Plug-and-play translations in SQARP Data Labs.
