Swebad takes the next step with SQARP PIM and 3 websites in just 2 months!

Swebad, together with its brands and channels — swebad.se, vivaspa.se and airmousse.com — has taken a major step forward in its digital journey.

While Swebad was already using SQARP's Partner Management feature to distribute product information to resellers and distributors, this project was about making SQARP the central hub for all product information. The result is a more structured and efficient way of working with product data, reducing manual administration and errors while ensuring more consistent product information across all channels.

With an assortment of more than 3,500 products, SQARP PIM is now the single source of truth for product data across all channels.

Today, Swebad uses SQARP's native AI features for categorization, attribute classification, description generation and translations, while integrations to Fortnox ERP and Shopify ensure a connected flow from product data to storefront.

A successful project like this is always a team effort. While the Swebad team focused on consolidating, updating and structuring product data, business logic and processes, SQARP supported with configuring integrations and setting up the AI-workflows. A big kudos to Winter for designing and implementing the Shopify stores!
